Any of our experienced and dedicated staff will be able to assist you in selecting the most suitable room and/or catering option for your event and the costs associated with your enquiry. Following your initial discussion, you will then be able to make a provisional reservation. Once a reservation has been made, an email confirmation will be sent providing you with all of the necessary contractual paperwork to complete and confirm your reservation.

A minimum charge of 6 delegates applies to all catering and room hire reservations unless authorised by the Conference Centre manager.
All rates and charges are subject to change and should be confirmed at time of booking.
Rates quoted are for Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700. Weekend and evening rates will be agreed with the Conference Team at the time of booking.
Please advise us of any disabled access requirement at time of booking.
All major debit and credit cards are accepted. Invoices must be settled within 7 days.
