Booking Procedure
Please telephone the Culham Conference Centre on 01235 466494, email your enquiry to info@culhamconferencecentre.co.uk or make an enquiry through our enquiry form. A member of the Conference Team will be on hand to discuss your individual requirements and check availability.
Once a provisional reservation has been made through the enquiry form, a member of the team will send out a booking form which should be completed, signed and returned to the conference centre no less than 14 days prior to the event. Please note that once signed by both parties, the booking form will act as the contract. Provisional reservations cannot be guaranteed until a signed booking form is received.
Final delegate numbers and names should be received no less than 72 hours before the event as this will form the minimum number catered for. Please remember to include organisers and presenters.
A minimum charge of 6 delegates applies to all catering and room hire reservations unless authorised by the Conference Centre Manager. |
